Many items can be supplied to a stated specification, such as dimensions, ranges, or accessory sets named in a tender. Send the specification with your quote request and we'll confirm which items can be matched and note any deviations in the quotation.

Payment terms are set out in each quotation. Export orders are normally invoiced in US dollars and paid by bank transfer (TT/wire). For large tender orders, ask about staged payment when you request your quote.

Sea freight suits full lab setups and bulk orders, air freight suits time-critical tender deliveries, and courier suits samples and small spare parts. Freight is quoted for your exact volume and destination, on terms such as CIF where requested.
